IMPORTANT! Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

All Wallternatives Products are made to order. Please be certain before placing your order. If you have any product questions please contact us at support@wallternatives.com  Because our products are made to order, we do not allow any returns.

 

Damage Products:

In the event that you receive a product in damaged condition you must report the damage within 72 hours of receiving the package.

  • Wallternatives will replace a product that is received or delivered in damaged condition by the carrier.
  • The replacement will be based on the invoice or sales receipt.
  • There are no substitutions.
  • We do not replace products that have been damaged by the customer or misused.

 

Damage Product Replacement Instructions:

In the event that you received a product in damaged condition contact the Wallternatives Support Team via email at support@wallternatives.com 

The following information is required to process a replacement request:

  • Full description of the damage
  • Pictures of the shipping label
  • Pictures of the damaged or crushed box
  • Pictures of the products damage
  • Item Name and number
  • Order number
  • Your full name
