Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped within 2 - 4 business days from the time the order was placed. You should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from the time the order has shipped. Excluding International orders as the delivery time varies between 2 to 4 weeks, in most cases. All continental U.S. orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3-Day shipping service is available. Wallternatives™ cannot guarantee 3rd party shipper delivery times and is not responsible for any monetary loss or inconvenience that may be caused due to a late delivery or lost package.


International shipping charges will be based on the weight of your package(s) to your destination. We will contact you with exact shipping charges, and will require your approval prior to processing your order.

Important notice to International customers. There may be additional import taxes or customs duties imposed on your package at the time of delivery. These fees are outside of our control, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any additional fees. Please contact your government to obtain the rates pertaining to import taxes or customs duties.  Wallternatives™ is not responsible for import taxes or customs fees imposed by the receiving country.  

Our rate is for Priority International. This excludes remote areas. The UK imposes VAT and Import taxes on all Parcels from the USA. The buyer is responsible for these and any other additional charges at the time of delivery.

Returns Policy

IMPORTANT! Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

All Wallternatives products are made to order. Please be certain before placing your order. If you have any product questions please contact us at  Because our products are made to order, we do not allow any returns.


Damage Products:

In the event that you receive a product in damaged condition you must report the damage within 72 hours of receiving the package.

  • Wallternatives will replace a product that is received or delivered in damaged condition by the carrier.
  • The replacement will be based on the invoice or sales receipt.
  • There are no substitutions.
  • We do not replace products that have been damaged by the customer or misused.


Damage Product Replacement Instructions:

In the event that you received a product in damaged condition contact the Wallternatives Support Team via email at 

The following information is required to process a replacement request:

  • Full description of the damage
  • Pictures of the shipping label
  • Pictures of the damaged or crushed box
  • Pictures of the products damage
  • Item Name and number
  • Order number
  • Your full name
